- Confirmations for Sauipe Gran Premium Brisa allow access to all common areas in the complex, including the pool bars. During your stay, no change of guests will be allowed in the apartment. The Superior unit 3/2 is for two adults and two children through age 11, or three adults.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
