The resort is conveniently located within walking distance of Union Square's shops and restaurants and only two blocks from the famous cable car system. The resort only has valet parking and enforces a strict non-smoking policy, but there are designated smoking areas on-site. A fee is charged for smoking in non-smoking areas. Pets are not allowed on the property.

The parking garage is at 840 Sutter Street. There is a loading and unloading zone in front of the resort.
