Other Information
- ADULTS ONLY RESORT. The all-inclusive program is only available for the individuals named on the reservation. Additional guests will be charged for the all-inclusive plan at check-in, and the rate may differ from the one paid at the time of booking. Guests needing a stay receipt must request one in writing before the last day of the month they pay for their reservation. Check-in time is 3 pm.
- If you expect to arrive late, please notify the Front Desk and confirm that you will honor your reservation. Prices quoted in this statement are in US Dollars and are subject to currency variation. Check-out time is 12pm. Late check-outs may be available but are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Proof of age with valid identification corresponding to the name on the reservation must be presented at check-in. The room number indicated in the reservation confirmation may differ from the room assigned to you at the front desk. Local taxes and additional charges may vary or change without prior notice and must be paid at check-out.
- RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories regarding the NEW Smoking Law in Mexico.
- To confirm a reservation 7 days or less prior to the check-in date, the inventory needs to be verified and authorized in writing by Royal Holiday.
- To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation.
All Inclusive Information1
This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
The all-inclusive program is mandatory for a minimum of 7 nights. At least two adults must pay the all-inclusive fee for the entire week and cover the all-inclusive fees for the room. Additional individuals in the same room will only pay for the number of nights they stay if it is less than 7 nights. The program includes all meals, snacks, domestic drinks, pool activities, gym access, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
