- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Daily fees are charged for Wi-Fi internet service. The pool closes at 9:30pm with no exceptions.
- Daily housekeeping is not available. Please inquire at the front desk about the towel and linen exchange service. A car is suggested to enjoy the area.
- Elevator will be closed from April 17, 2025 to May 25, 2025.
- Guest certificate required for multiple reservations.
- June to September power outages and smoke may occur due to area wildfires.
- One of the elevators will be out of service for renovation. If guests cannot use the stairs, please contact the resort in advance.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
