- Mandatory parking fee is 10.00 U.S. dollars for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Self-parking fees are per day. Due to limited parking, only one vehicle per unit is allowed.

- Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations: There may be a fee of 105.00 U.S. dollars for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. The mandatory fee will be charged for less than 7 night stays.
