- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Children aged 5 and above are counted the same as adults toward the total occupancy of the unit, even if sharing a bed with parents. Hotel units sleep two adults, however, one additional person can be accommodated, for an extra bed fee. Studio units sleep three adults or two adults and up to two children under age 12. Extra beds ARE NOT allowed in the studio unit.
- Guest Certificate Policy requires guests to give the resort 48 hours prior notice of the name on the Guest Certificate. Failure to provide this notice will result in the guests being charged the standard daily room rental fee.
- Guest certificate required if person checking in is not on the account.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
