A mandatory full-board fee is required per adult per day. Children up to 5 years old are not charged. Children 6 to 12 years old pay 50% of the adult price. High-travel holidays include New Year's Eve, Christmas week, and dates during Carnival. The high season is January, July, and December, plus holidays.
If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
Studio and hotel units have no privacy. Members paying the mandatory full board through Pix will receive a 5% discount.
The middle season is February, March, September, October, and November, except for holiday weeks. The low season is April, May, June, and August, except for holiday weeks.
The units in the development can accommodate up to two adults and two children up to age 12. Additional guests will NOT be permitted under any circumstances. All fees are subject to change without prior notice.
