• Check-in is 2:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am, regardless of check-in time. Up to 2 children through age 12 stay free when sharing a room with paying adults. Guests 13 and over pay the adult meal plan rate. All meal packages are optional. Children up to age 4 eat free. The resort’s standard voltage is 220V. There are no 110V outlets, and transformers are not provided. Kitchen kits and utensils are not available in guestrooms.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• It's forbidden to hang clothes/towels out windows or balconies & apartments have clotheslines. OPEN HOURS: (reception open 24/7). Restaurant: Coffee 7:00 am-10:00 am, Lunch 12:00 pm-3:00 pm & Dinner 7:00 pm-10.30 pm. Gym 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Playroom 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Swimming pools and pool bar 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Pizzeria and Tratoria San Pietro, Wednesday to Sunday, 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
• Pool towels: The first one is free, and check with reception for towel replacement fees. Common area maintenance may be carried out without notice. Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs and properly documented emotional support animals. Cleaning fees apply for emotional support animals. Please check the fees at the time of booking. Bath towels from the units may not be used at the pool.
• Smoking is prohibited inside all indoor areas or outside designated smoking zones (please check allowed areas). Outside food and drinks are not permitted in shared resort areas, and consumption is only allowed inside the apartment. The use of frying or cooking equipment is not allowed. Each apartment is equipped with a microwave for guest use.
