- After 5 PM on Saturday, contact the designated base or destination directly. Online resources may include official government, airline, and resort websites. All guests must pay the all-inclusive meal plan fee at least 45 days before check-in. Guests must have sufficient vision, hearing, and agility to walk unassisted on stairs and when entering or exiting a boat with minimal help.
- Guests must be at least 21 years old. The all-inclusive plan is mandatory and must be paid at least 45 days before check-in. The fee is per person, per experience. After confirmation, guests will receive an email from TradeWinds with reservation details. If arriving late, call the reservations office by Saturday at 5 PM at (855) 600-5821 (USA) or +1-784-457-3407 (other countries).
- To view the all-inclusive fees applicable and paid to the resort upon or before check-in, please review your reservation paperwork. Fees are based on traveler information at the time of confirmation. RCI guests may stay only once every four years. Multiple or consecutive reservations are not allowed. If you’ve stayed at this TradeWinds destination in the last four years, your reservation will be canceled. THESE RULES EXCLUDE TRADEWINDS MEMBERS.
- Wheelchair access is not available. Guests must understand English, as safety instructions are only provided in English. Pregnant women up to 26 weeks are accepted. TradeWinds does not guarantee continuous electricity for medical equipment. Service or support animals are not allowed. Please ensure you meet all health and mobility requirements before confirming your reservation.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Each reservation is for one suite for up to 2 guests on a 7-night TERRA “with a Splash” Experience at TradeWinds’ Mimosa House on the island of Bequia. There is a mandatory all-inclusive fee per guest paid directly to TradeWinds. Mimose House has a total of five guest suites, making this an exclusive shared experience. The other suites will be secured by other vacation enthusiasts who will enjoy the week along with you. The fee must be paid 6 weeks (45 days) before the start of your reservation, and done so when completing your pre-vacation check-in or by calling TradeWinds Experience at (844) 210-8275 from the USA or +1-784-457-3407 (St Vincent and the Grenadines). The all-inclusive fee includes: • One suite for 7 nights at Mimosa House • TradeWinds' hosts & private chef • All meals & beverages served at Mimosa House, plus a well-stocked bar with beer, wine, & liquor • Fun activities such as snorkeling, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and beach hikes • Guided island tours and boating excursions Not Included: • 2 meals when guests dine locally • Scuba diving (priced per person per dive) • Airfare and other transportation costs • Trip Protection/Travel Insurance • Crew Gratuity Please verify that the all-inclusive fees are correct on your reservation based on the information provided at the time of booking.
