- Expectant mothers no more than 26 weeks into their pregnancy are welcome. Service and support animals are not permitted. Failure to meet these requirements may result in guests being denied boarding. - Guests cannot book multiple cabins or consecutive weeks. Tradewinds allows RCI Members to book their locations only once every four years. If you traveled during the last four years to any Tradewinds locations, your reservation will be canceled. The 1 in 4 Rule is waived for active TradeWinds Members. Please review important information regarding the mandatory prepayment of all-inclusive fees.
- If guests will be arriving late, they must call the TradeWinds reservations office by Saturday at 5 pm at (855) 600-5821 from the USA, and +1-784-457-3407 from other countries. After 5 pm, contact the designated base or destination directly.
- Multiple or consecutive weeks confirmations not allowed.
- To understand and follow safety instructions, ALL guests must have a sufficient level of English comprehension as well as a certain degree of vision, hearing, and agility to walk unassisted when using stairs and enter/exit a boat with minimal assistance. TradeWinds is unable to accommodate guests who rely on wheelchairs or personal "scooters" for mobility.
- To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Reservation is for one suite for two guests at Mimosa House on the island of Bequia during a 7-night TradeWinds TERRA Shared Experience. Mimosa House has 5 suites, and the others will also be booked by guests. Mandatory All-Inclusive Fee (AIF) must be paid in advance of vacation, following a payment schedule: •30% AIF Deposit paid within 30 days of the reservation being made. •AIF Balance due in full 45 days before check-in. The fee is based on guest information provided at the time of booking. Booking is fully confirmed with TradeWinds once AIF is paid in full. The fee cannot be paid on arrival. Experience Includes: •Suite at Mimosa House for 7 nights •TradeWinds' Host & Private Chef team •All meals and beverages served by TradeWinds, plus a well-stocked bar with beer, wine & liquor •Fun activities such as sailing, snorkeling, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, fishing, and beach hikes • All taxes, fuel & cruising permits Not Included: •Two meals when guests dine locally •Scuba diving (Priced per person, per dive) •Airfare to destination & local transportation •Travel Insurance, which is highly recommended •Crew gratuity (At your discretion / Typically15-18% of AIF) Cancellation Terms are as follows: •All cancellations must be submitted directly to RCI. •For cancellations that occur 90+ days before the reservation date: AIF fees paid may be credited, in full, towards a future TradeWinds Experience reservation. Credit must be used within 1 year from the date of cancellation. •For cancellations that occur less than 90 days before the reservation date: No refund on AIF fees, and the reservation counts towards the “1-in-4” policy. •If cancellation results in non-refundable fees, TradeWinds will provide a statement of loss to submit for a Travel Insurance reimbursement claim.
