• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Package pricing is for up to four guests in a Family Suite, is subject to availability, and specific inclusions are subject to change without notice. Amenity fees outside of the included tour entry tickets are the sole responsibility of our guests. Aquarium tickets are 1 day access tickets. Cancellation penalties apply. Tickets are sent digitally 48 hours before your stay.
• Suite style and themed unit upgrades may be available for an upcharge by calling the Lodge in advance at (888) 983-9653 or asking the front desk when you arrive. RCI reservations may take up to ten business days after completing your reservation to show in the Great Wolf Lodge reservation system. All cancellations and date change requests must go through RCI.
• The resort fees are included in booking price, additional parking fees may apply ($15-$20/night). The resort will try to accommodate requests for handicap units and unit assignments but these are not guaranteed.
