From Gold Coast Airport head southwest on Terminal Dr toward Eastern Ave. Turn right onto Eastern Ave. At roundabout, take 2nd exit onto Terminal Dr. Turn left onto Gold Coast Hwy (signs for Surfers Paradise/Brisbane). Use the right 2 lanes to turn slightly right onto Gold Coast Hwy/State Rte 2. Continue straight on Gold Coast Hwy/State Rte 2. Turn left onto Thomas Dr. At roundabout, take 4th exit and stay on Thomas Dr. Turn right onto Ferny Ave/Gold Coast Hwy/State Rte 2. Destination will be on the left. From Brisbane Airport get on M1 from Airport Dr and Nancy Bird Way. Follow M1 and Pacific Mwy to Smith St Mwy/State Rte 10 to Gold Coast. Take exit 66 from Pacific Mwy 1 (71.6 km). Continue on State Rte 10 to Gold Coast Hwy/State Route 2 to Surfers Paradise (10.9 km).
