Bella Piazza features 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom units. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, additional bedrooms contain twin or full-size beds. The master bath features a garden tub and separate shower. There are elevators in all buildings. Units are fully furnished and provide a full kitchen with granite countertops equipped with all appliances. Units are also furnished with a washer and dryer, 2 TVs with cable, DVD player, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, private patio or balcony. All linens are provided except face cloths and beach towels. The check-in office is located off site at Contempo Vacation Homes, approximately 7 miles from the resort complex.

The nearest major airport is Orlando International. From airport, follow the exit signs out of the airport to Beeline Expressway (528 W.). Continue through 2 toll booths to I-4. Take I-4 West towards Tampa to exit 55. Take exit 55, and keep right for US-27 South. Take US-27 South for approximately 0.6 mile. The check-in office is located off site at Contempo Vacation Homes, 43344 Hwy 27, Davenport, FL 33837, directly behind the 7-Eleven gas station. If using a GPS device, the following address should be used: Home Run Boulevard, Davenport, FL.
