- A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
- Guests may check into the Resort after 4:00 pm. Checkout is prior to 10:00 am. Each guest(s) room is required to have one adult (21 years of age or older) occupying the room throughout entire stay.
- If you arrive after the office has closed please pick up the courtesy phone on the wall. You will be connected to another resort which is open 24 hours. Please give the caller the property you are checking into, your last name, first name. The caller will give you the code for the silver lockbox next to the courtesy phone on the wall.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
