The Jaco Bay project is situated in the Jaco area, which has become one of Central America's most sought-after tourist destinations due to its proximity to the capital, San Jose, which is only 90 km away. The resort boasts an expansive and stunning pool area surrounded by tranquil gardens, a volleyball court, a hot tub, and a playground. The development has a total of six contemporary towers, offering reception, a masseur, 24-hour security, private parking, a business office, and laundry services. Additionally, it has a private tour guide, car rental, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, a conference area (with reservation only), and organization of private events. Please note that there is a mandatory housekeeping fee of USD $40 per unit per week. All units are equipped with a living and dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, cable TV, a telephone, air conditioning, and a safe.
