Overview

This eco-luxury resort is located on Antigua's northeast coastline and covers an area of 30 waterfront acres. It features 200 villas and offers two white-sand beaches for you to choose from. If you prefer land-based activities, you can play tennis, exercise in the fitness center, or swim in one of the three pools Oasis Pool, the adults-only pool, or the Villa pool. The resort also provides weekly aqua soca-aerobics, Caribbean cooking classes, nature walks, beach volleyball, soccer, and cricket. If you love water sports, you can enjoy windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling, and kayaking, all of which are non-motorized. The tour desk is available for booking excursions. Finally, you can dine in any of the four restaurants and relax in one of the three bars.

Villa-style suites offer classic Caribbean-style architecture and decor, fronted by a welcoming porch. Inside, vaulted ceilings add an elegant touch to the combined living and sleeping area, comfortably accommodating up to four guests with a king-size bed and queen sleeper sofa. Air-conditioned suites also include LCD satellite television, ceiling fans, in-room safe, direct-dial telephone and a wet bar, as well as a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, iron and ironing board. In addition, private verandahs offer beautiful views through sliding-glass doors. Both unit types are single story duplex villas in classic Caribbean styled architecture. A combined living and sleeping area and a convenient exterior connecting door makes it easy for guests to stay close. Waterview Suites have slight water views.

All arriving passengers are required to provide documented proof of a Negative Test for COVID-19 taken within seven (7) days of their flight. This includes transiting passengers.

Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. The additional fees are detailed on each resort's page as well as during the booking process.

The resort has a mandatory 7-day all-inclusive program, and the fees are charged per person, per day. A minimum of two adults are required. If there are 3rd and 4th persons in the same unit for the full week, they will be charged the same daily double occupancy rate. Single occupancy rates are not offered. The fees include a 23% tax and service charge. The resort will contact you via phone or email to collect the all-inclusive fee prior to arrival. If you pay the entire sum before arrival, we offer a discount of US$50 to our guests. The all-inclusive program includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea 3-6pm, dinner & snacks), all beverages (name-brand liquors, house wine by the glass, Caribbean beer, tropical coolers & soft drinks by the glass), non-motorized watersports (windsurfing, snorkeling, kayaking, Hobie-style catamarans, paddle boats, stand up paddle boarding), 18-hole miniature golf, scheduled evening entertainment, and all tips, taxes, and service charges.
