Overview
This eco-luxury resort is located on Antigua's northeast coastline and covers an area of 30 waterfront acres. It features 200 villas and offers two white-sand beaches for you to choose from. If you prefer land-based activities, you can play tennis, exercise in the fitness center, or swim in one of the three pools Oasis Pool, the adults-only pool, or the Villa pool. The resort also provides weekly aqua soca-aerobics, Caribbean cooking classes, nature walks, beach volleyball, soccer, and cricket. If you love water sports, you can enjoy windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling, and kayaking, all of which are non-motorized. The tour desk is available for booking excursions. Finally, you can dine in any of the four restaurants and relax in one of the three bars.

All Inclusive Information1
This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
The resort has a mandatory 7-day all-inclusive program, and the fees are charged per person, per day. A minimum of two adults are required. If there are 3rd and 4th persons in the same unit for the full week, they will be charged the same daily double occupancy rate. Single occupancy rates are not offered. The fees include a 23% tax and service charge. The resort will contact you via phone or email to collect the all-inclusive fee prior to arrival. If you pay the entire sum before arrival, we offer a discount of US$50 to our guests. The all-inclusive program includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea 3-6pm, dinner & snacks), all beverages (name-brand liquors, house wine by the glass, Caribbean beer, tropical coolers & soft drinks by the glass), non-motorized watersports (windsurfing, snorkeling, kayaking, Hobie-style catamarans, paddle boats, stand up paddle boarding), 18-hole miniature golf, scheduled evening entertainment, and all tips, taxes, and service charges. Room service is not available.
