Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. The additional fees are detailed on each resort's page as well as during the booking process.

Child Fees applies from 2-11 years old. 3rd and 4th persons, in same unit for the full week, will pay same daily double occupancy rate. Resort does not offer single occupancy rates. Fees include a 22.5% tax and service. Not included: Phone calls, bottled beverages, gift shop, internet connection fees and room service. *The resort will be calling/emailing you prior to your arrival to collect in advance the All-Inclusive fee; If you pay in advance the resort offers a US$50 discount to guests paying the entire sum prior to arrival on property.
