  • Changing apartment guests during the stay is not permitted. The 3/2 units accommodate up to 4 guests: (2 adults and 2 children up to 11 years and 11 months), in 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a sofa bed, without privacy. This unit does not accommodate 3 adults.
  • Confirmations for Brisa Grand Premium do not allow access to the common areas of the other properties within the complex, including the pool bars.
  • If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
