- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Guests staying from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, will receive a complimentary drink, towel, and fruit basket. The stay includes daily breakfast for two, free internet, an in-room water boiler with a coffee and tea set, and free access to the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub. Guests will also receive a 15% discount on food and beverages and a 30% discount at ALOE Spa.
- Late check-in must inform the hotel before 6pm on the arrival date. Members can contact the resort directly and pay the fee for airport transfers.
- The rate for a 3-night stay includes one dinner Western set menu or a Khmer set menu for two people. For a 4-night stay, the rate includes one dinner or lunch Western set menu for two people and one 60-minute body massage for two people.
- Up to two children under 12 can stay free in a room with their parents, using the existing bedding configuration. Children over 13 will be charged for their stay. The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31st December has a compulsory charge.
