- Children’s Policy (Third Guest): Children aged 12 years and above are subject to an extra person surcharge. Children aged 6 to under 12 years who share a bed with their parents are subject to a surcharge. For 6 years old below: free accommodation, breakfast, and must share bed with parents. The resort provides complimentary baby cots/cribs upon request.
- Room rates include daily breakfast for two with international and local options, homemade tea, and a sweet treat. Maximum occupancy is three adults, with a nightly surcharge for the third adult, covering breakfast, an extra bed, and airport transfer. One extra bed is allowed. Airport transfers follow the guest’s flight schedule.
- Rooms required for check in before 14:00 hours on the day of arrival will be subject to the resort's availability upon arrival or on a confirmed basis and must be pre-blocked with an additional 1 night room charge levied. Otherwise will be discussed with resort.
- Use of rooms from 12pm-6pm hours on the day of departure can be arranged at 50% off the negotiated rates. Use of rooms after 6pm hours will be charged full night subject to availability. For early check-in/late check-out, members need to pay separately at the resort directly. Deluxe Hill is a hotel unit and Deluxe Sea is a studio unit.
