Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory resort fee is 625 AED, per night, per unit, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. AED625 + tax is for a New Year event from December 29, 2025, to January 2, 2026.
Resort Fees
- Mandatory tourist tax fee is 15 AED for all units, per night, per unit. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory Tourist tax is 15 Dirham per room, per night, paid directly to the resort.

- All bookings need to be confirmed before 21 days prior to the check-in date. The resort will not accept any bookings made less than 21 days before the check-in date.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
