Overview
Set right along the Delaware, this resort puts you in the middle of all that the Poconos have to offer. Rustic accommodations offer you a relaxing screened-in porch during mild weather, and a wood-burning stove or fireplace in winter. Here you will find a host of amenities and activities for the whole family. There are large indoor and outdoor pools and a soothing indoor hot tub, plus two tennis courts, a full-size basketball court, and plenty of exercise equipment. There is also a playground, game rooms, and miniature golf.

The River Village section of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Shawnee Village features a variety of unit styles, all built on a hillside. All units are two-level and have both interior and exterior stairs (there are no elevators). Most accommodations have a washer/dryer and a full starter pack of supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms. All units sleep six in spacious comfort and all have a wood-burning fireplace. They also offer dial-up Internet service. Wireless Internet service is available at the Recreation Center.
