- For late arrivals please notify the resort as soon as possible. The resort offers a daily shuttle service to Puerto De Mogan and Puerto Rico for a fee.
- Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
- Linen changes will be notified upon arrival at resort.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Pool will be closed from May 4, 2026 to May 24, 2026.
