Other Information

• Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
• Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.
• Extensions of stays are subject to availability based on the hotel occupancy on the day of the guest’s departure. As part of the resort's environmental conservation efforts, housekeeping services will be provided every other day during the stay.
• Extra beds are not provided in the rooms. Each room can sleep a maximum of two adults and one child under 6. Breakfast is not included but is available at S$13.00++ per person and payable directly to the hotel. One child under 6 can share existing bedding per room and will not be charged for breakfast.
• If you plan to arrive before 3pm, you must reserve the room from the previous evening at the whole night's rate to ensure the room's availability. If you wish to extend your checkout time until 6pm, you will be charged half the applicable room rate per room. However, if you check out after 6pm, you will be charged for a whole night's stay.
