- All guests must contact us at least one day before arrival to arrange a check-in time. Our reception is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm and 4pm to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 8pm. The check-in time for your unit is on either Saturday or Sunday from 5pm to 8pm. We have a night porter available until 1am, except on Wednesdays. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

- Balcony heights in this resort are lower than normal, extra care should be taken.
