- The property is an adult-oriented establishment focused on providing a tranquil atmosphere. They are unable to accommodate children under 12. This policy is in place both to maintain our distinctive guest experience and because the facilities are not designed with child safety features that would ensure a comfortable stay for younger guests.
- The resort requires a pre-authorization of $100 per night, up to $300 (3 nights), at check-in. They accept all major international credit/debit cards and EFTPOS, but not checks or cash. The pre-authorization acts as a security deposit for incidental expenses. Any remaining balance will be released after check-out, which may take a few days to appear on your bank statement.
