Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory full-board fee is 3000 local currency, per person, per night, . Cash or Credit is accepted. Per person, per night, plus 18% GST.
- Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 1500 local currency, per room, per stay, . Cash or Credit is accepted. Utility fees, inclusive of GST, are charged based on the number of nights stayed at the resort.

Policy Restrictions
- Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.
- Please check with resort for smoking policy.
- Pet Information: Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees.

- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.

- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Outside/ Personal liquor strictly prohibited as per law. Tathastu Management will not be responsible for any possible government action. Smoking of hookah is strictly prohibited anywhere inside our premises. Home clothes not permitted inside pool. Proper swimming costume is compulsory. Outdoor music is totally prohibited as per Forest norms Breakages and damages to property, hotel assets, lawn, plants will be will be charged to guest.
- Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- The resort has a mandatory Full Board meal plan. The meal package includes set menus for lunch, high tea, dinner, and breakfast. The cost is INR 3000 per person per night, plus 18% GST. The meal plan charges are applicable based on the number of nights staying at the resort. Payment MUST be made 7 days prior to the check-in date. The resort offers a 10% discount per person per day.
- Tiger Safaris remain closed from 1st July to 30th Sept every year, as per Government norms. These dates are subject to change. Please confirm before making your booking.
