Guest Certificates MUST be processed at least 48 hrs prior to arrival; failure will result in the guest being charged daily room rent. Utility Fee is applicable for 3 nights, regardless of duration of stay. Extra Bed charges: Adults (Over 12 yrs old): Rs.1000 + GST (per night). Children: Rs.750 + GST (per night). Every 2 children under 12 yrs old will be considered as 1 adult. Hotel units are suitable for 2 adults & 1 child under 5 years of age.

Road via Theni to Munnar is blocked for resurface from 8am to 6pm. Last 6kms to the resort are on a narrow mountain road engulfed in mist. Advisable to have fog lamps when driving to the resort.
