- Pet Information: Pets are not permitted at the resort.

- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Extra Bed charges: Adult ( Above 12 Years ) : Rs.1000 +GST { per night } Kid : Rs.750 + GST { per night } Every 2 children below 12 years will be considered as 1 adult. Hotel unit suitable for 2 adults and a kid less than 5 years of age
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
- Guests must notify the resort by email if they will arrive late or cancel their reservation. It is the resort's sole discretion to release units without notice. Wi-Fi is not available.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- The entire RCI guest (including child) is mandatory to present their Government approved valid Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card / Driving License / Voter ID Card / Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. 10% Discount as a special member privilege to RCI members on Food & Soft Beverage.
