- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Every two children under age 12 will be considered as one adult. Hotel units are suitable for two adults and one child under age 5.
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

- The entire RCI guest (including child) is mandatory to present their Government approved valid Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card / Driving License / Voter ID Card / Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. 10% Discount as a special member privilege to RCI members on Food & Soft Beverage. Late arrival/cancellation: Mandatory to inform resort 24 hours in advance, in writing.
