Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory full-board fee is 2750 to 3500 local currency, per adult, per night, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Pension complète de 2750 Rs. ven et 3500 Rs. sami +18 % de taxe. 6 à 11 ans - 50 %.
- Mandatory half-board fee is 1750 local currency, per adult, per night, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. HB meal available only from Sunday to Thursday. +18% tax. Children 6 to 11yrs 50% meal plan rates.
Resort Fees
- Extra bed/cot fee is 4500 to 5500 local currency for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Extra bed fee + tax is INR 5500 over age 12, and INR 4500 if age 6-12, and includes the meal plan.

Policy Restrictions
- Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have any privacy.
- Pet Information: Pets are not permitted at the resort.
Other Information
- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Bookings not to be confirmed less than 15 days before the check-in date. Resort will not honour the bookings. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at an additional charge. MAP plan to be pre-booked at the time of making the reservations min 15 days in advance. Member must inform the resort well in advance of their check-in date by sending an email to info@rosettabyferns.com and reservations1@rosettabyferns.com.
- Contact the resort to pre-pay your meal plan. Meal plan prices are subject to change. Driver or Nanny accommodations are offered at an additional cost of INR 1000/day, their meals are at the employee cafeteria, Café Rosetarian.
- From Sunday to Thursday, only a Half Board meal plan is available (includes only breakfast and lunch). Dinner is available from the à la carte menu on a chargeable basis. The meal plan is required for the number of nights reserved or the entire duration of your stay. Child meal plan rates: 0 – 5 years: complimentary. 6 – 11 years: 50% of adult meal plan. 12 years and above considered as adult
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- One-bedroom units sleep two adults and two children up to age 12. Studio units sleep two adults and one child under age 6 if sharing a bed with parents.
