Welk Resorts San Diego is comprised of three distinct developments. Mountain Villas by Welk Resorts features private balconies with sweeping views of the resort. The Mountain Springs Recreation Center offers a private Owner's lounge & patio, changing rooms, game tables, swimming pool with two spas, cabana rentals, water slide and Trestles Bar & Grille. Our award-winning 'INSPIRED FOR YOU' programs feature family fun & unique experiences that offer a true sense of place. Guests have access to four additional recreation centers on the property, with a total of eight pools & seven relaxing hot tub spas, a fitness center including dedicated spin and yoga rooms, lighted tennis courts, two 18-hole golf courses and a pro shop. A vineyard, walking paths, trolley service around the grounds and a beautiful plaza featuring firepits, fountains, community seating and shade sails, in the midst of dining and shopping options and a 300-seat theatre featuring live Broadway-style entertainment.

Contemporary California describes the modern-chic elegance of Mountain Villas by Welk Resorts. New and newly-renovated villas offer garden and golf course views, modern appliances and all the amenities of home. A variety of accommodations are available - including a one-bedroom 'small' (580 sq. ft.) and a one-bedroom 'large' (850 sq. ft.) which can combine into a two-bedroom lockoff, as well as 2- & 3-bedroom villas. All villas have a washer/dryer combo. ADA compliant rooms are available. Floor plans and amenities may vary.
