Located in the height of The Village at Northstar, Northstar Lodge is a premium destination for families and couples who want substance with a laid-back alpine style. Literally at the foot of the Northstar California ski resort, the building also houses the Big Springs Express gondola, with private front-of-the-line access to resort guests from the lobby -- talk about convenience! The Northstar Lodge has a distinctive presence at the edge of The Viillage at Northstar. The low-key yet refined style includes three buildings with natural stone facades, cedar siding and high-pitched roofs with timber beam dormers, all connected by stone terraces and walkways, and all executed in a palette of earthtones which reflect a sense of peace in the Sierra Nevadas. Two outdoor hot tubs, fire pits and barbecue areas offer a year-round outdoor experience.
