- This resort allows you, or anyone in your party, to stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period at this property. This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- Limit of 2 pkgs per guest. $5 fee charged, per pkg, for any addt’l. Recipient must be registered guest w/photo id and pkg tracking number to pick up. Pkgs only accepted w/in 3 days of check in & will be returned 5 days after delivery. No exceptions.
- No oversized packages may be shipped to or accepted by the resort. Contact the resort for further details. The unit size and features assigned will be the same as the unit booked. Same-day reservations are not permitted at this resort.
- Non-RCI Members or guests of non-RCI members: You or anyone in your party can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12-month period within the following group of Vacation Village Resorts: 0160 Silver Seas and 1504 Canada House Beach Club, DL05 Surside Resort, 4856 Palm Beach Shores Resort. Violations will be canceled. No exceptions.
- Owners at Vacation Village Resorts are required to have ALL Resort Fees current before being allowed to check in to resorts 0160, 1504, 6057, 7559, 6389, 6923, DJ37, DJ38, 4300, 4856, D567, 4025, 0851, 4940, 5773, DJ50, DD68, DJ36, 3654, and DL05.
