Overview
Ocean East Resort Club lets guests enjoy the comfort of a fully appointed condominium with all the amenities of a family-friendly resort. Enjoy the hot tub, heated pool, two on-site restaurants, a library, and a game room with pool tables and ping-pong. The property features a children's pool and children's activities. The on-site recreational director can help you plan activities and provide limited sports equipment. For your convenience, there are laundry facilities on-site. The resort is close to shopping, golf, water sports, tennis, horseback riding, grocery markets, sailing, riverboat cruises, dog racing and within driving distance of some of Florida's well-known family attractions. While the resort is a beachfront property, not all units are oceanfront or have an ocean view, and the resort cannot accommodate unit changes.

Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory resort fee is 35 USD, per stay, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Plus 3.5% if a credit card is used.
Resort Fees
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 300.00 USD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Refunded 2 weeks after check out. $300 if the guest checking in is between ages of 21-25.
Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 25.00 USD for studio units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 25.00 USD for 1 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 25.00 USD for 2 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.

Other Information
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

- Please do not contact the resort requesting a change of unit.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- There is only one parking space per unit. Additional vehicles must park off the property. Contact the resort for additional parking options. If you have a trailer, it must be parked on the street.
