- Highway 18 from Snow Valley to Big Bear Dam will be closed starting Monday, April 25th- Friday April 29th from 9:00am to 4:00pm. The road will be fully closed (24 hours) from 9:00am on April 27th to 4:00pm on April 28th.
- Outdoor pool is closed during the winter. The spa is open year round. The property does not have roll away beds.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- The resort has two (2) three-story buildings with no elevators. There is no restaurant on-site. On-site parking is limited to one space per suite.
