Ocean Time
Overview
Ocean Time is located in the northern end of Ocean City (where there's less traffic), just a block from the beach and a few blocks from the Delaware border. The resort is in the heart of a water sports paradise with sailing and water skiing in the bays and windsurfing and fishing in the Atlantic Ocean. The golden sunshine, sandy beach and roaring ocean, as well as the sights, smells, tastes, sounds and thrills of the Boardwalk, define Ocean City and give it character. While summer is the main season for vacationers, travelers who prefer a quieter time of rest and relaxation can visit any time of the year. Service animals are permitted; however, they must be certified and require a mandatory cleaning fee be paid upon arrival. The fee is $125 cash or check; $130 via credit/debit card. There is no onsite pool. Resort hours: Monday-Thursday: 9am to 5pm; Friday: 9am-9pm; Saturday: 9am-1pm; and closed on Sunday.

- Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations: There may be a fee of 95.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. The mandatory fee also includes resort fee.

- Check in Location; 12505 Coastal Highway, #11, Ocean City, MD, 21842 - From April 1 - October 31, Ocean Time guests will have access to the indoor swimming pool at The Waves - located adjacent to Ocean Time. The Waves address is 13500 Coastal Highway.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Damage deposit is required at check in: Any damage not reported within 24 hours of check in will be charged to credit card.
- Effective 3/1/26, check in will be located at 12505 Coastal Highway, Suite 200, Ocean City, MD 21842
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- The resort only allows service animals WITH PROPER DOCUMENTATION. No other animals will be allowed on property, including "emotional support animals" (ESA). Please contact the resort management team for inquiries.
