At Ocean Sands at New Smyrna Waves by Exploria Resorts, you can enjoy the pleasures of beachfront living in near seclusion, yet have a wide variety of sporting and sight-seeing activities. Spend hours soaking up the Florida sunshine on the beach or by the outdoor pool. Most water sports are available either at the resort or close by. There are 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units with well-equipped kitchens, so you can grab a light snack before heading out to the beach, or try your hand at that recipe you always mean to prepare at home but never have time for. There are also many excellent restaurants from which to choose nearby.

Resort Fees
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. Amex is not accepted. The mandatory Security deposit will be $250.
Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 70.00 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. For reservations less than 7 nights. American Express Card is not accepted.

- Exploria Resort locations do not accept AMEX as a form of payment. The Mandatory Security deposit will be $250 dollars. Points reservations for less than 7 night made on or after 3/31/2022 will see an increase in housekeeping fees.
- No pets allowed, with the exception of ADA certified service animals (no comfort pets).
- No same-day reservations are allowed. Office hours are 9am-5pm. If arriving after 5pm, call 386-427-1151 or 386-663-8330 to access the packet with your name in the lock boxes outside the office door. You must return to the office the next day to complete your registration.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- This resort does not offer daily maid service.
