- As the units are built on a hill there are many steep inclines. Therefore, this resort is not deemed suitable for disabled guests.
- Hot tub/Pool will be closed from February 6, 2026 to September 13, 2026.
- If arriving after 5 pm, please contact the resort in advance by phone at 09-402-8311 or email Club.paihia@classicholidays.co.nz for the lockbox code.
- Leisure facilities will be closed from February 6, 2026 to September 13, 2026.
- Please note if confirming a studio unit at resort there are two very steep flights of stairs for guests to navigate and are not suitable for the elderly or people with mobility problems.
- Pool will be closed from February 6, 2026 to September 13, 2026.
- Rockpool and Smaller Heated Pool will be closed from 9 February 2026 for up to 3 months.
- Swimming pools will be partially closed for a period, and at times it will be necessary to close all.
- The Boat Park will be closed, with no boat storage available on-site during this period.
- This resort does not offer daily maid service.
