Other Information
- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- All guests will be emailed 8 days prior to their arrival with a contactless check in to be completed and we require this to be returned 3 days prior to arrival. If this information is not received, we will not be able to check the guest into the resort.
- Should you require a cot, highchair or stair gate, please contact the resort at least 48 hours prior to your travel dates. Subject to availability. Reception office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. Saturday 9am - 4.30pm Closed Sundays.
- The Resort is located approximately 8 minutes from the central business district of Port Macquarie. Resort cannot honour unit upgrades or moves. Please note that the internet at Village Resort can be intermittent. This is not an isolated incident but an ongoing issue in Port Macquarie.
