Overview
The Carolina Club by Spinnaker is located within a tranquil community. The resort features two- and three-bedroom single and multi-level villas with many amenities. On-site are moss-covered Live Oak trees, manicured golf courses, a fish-stocked interconnected lagoon system, bicycle paths, pool, hot tub, tennis/sport courts, children’s playground, two adult bikes included with each villa, activity center with fitness area and lounge area. Guests can enjoy the Zipline Hilton Head - which boarders Broad Creek, deep-sea fishing to dolphin-watching cruises, water activities, and day trips to historic Beaufort, Savannah, and Charleston. This is a Gated Community.

Resort Fees
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 150.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. Credit card security authorization of $150 dollars is required upon check-in at the resort.
Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 50.00 U.S. dollars for 3 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.

- Check-in location is not located at the resort. Use 35 DeAllyon Ave, Hilton Head, SC 29928 for check-in location when using a GPS. Please do not try to travel directly to the resort as a security gate pass is required and can only be retrieved at check-in location.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Daily and/or midweek housekeeping services may be available for a fee.
- Fees for some utilities, including gas & electricity charged by the resort, may vary based on the duration of stay, time of year, room size, and/or actual usage during your stay, and are subject to change. These fees are not included in the total booking price & are payable directly to the resort.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
