Other Information
- All guests arriving between April 4 and April 11 should be aware that the paid city parking lot outside the resort will be closed from Friday to Monday during these dates. Ocean Towers only has space for one vehicle per unit, and all others will be towed during this time.
- All inbound guests must be 21 years of age to check in if not accompanied by a parent.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort will be closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas. New office hours Monday - Thursday 8am-7pm, Friday 8am-10pm, Saturday -Sunday 8am -7pm.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- The Security Deposit is now $300 dollars. There is 1 parking spot for exchangers. If there are mutiple vehicles others will be required to park on the street.
