- Mandatory resort fee is 49.00 USD, per week, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Fee is per week.
Resort Fees
- Parking fee is 20.00 USD for all units, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. For valet parking with in and out privileges. Per day.
- Mandatory occupancy tax fee is 70.56 USD for studio units, per unit, per week. Only Credit Cards accepted.
- Mandatory occupancy tax fee is 115.50 USD for 1 bedroom units, per unit, per week. Only Credit Cards accepted.
- Mandatory occupancy tax fee is 131.53 USD for 2 bedroom units, per unit, per week. Only Credit Cards accepted.
- Smoking policy violation fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Smoking is prohibited in units and on lanais. A smoking area is provided outside the resort.
