Sunrise Beach Club

This resort allows you, or anyone in your party, to stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period at this property. This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
No beach access and areas onsite are taped off for caution. No amenities are available until further notice (at least through 8/31/24).
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
Smoking is not allowed in units.
The minimum age requirement for inbound exchange and rental guests to 25 years of age.
The office closes at 7pm on Saturday and we are closed on Sunday. If a guest does not arrive prior to closing, we routinely leave a key in our lockbox.
