Overview
Southwind by Spinnaker is Spinnaker's most secluded resort in Shipyard Plantation and is just a short walk or bike ride to the Atlantic Ocean. Accommodations are spacious two- and three-bedroom multi-level villas with views overlooking lagoons, a golf fairway, or greenery. Amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, two adult bikes per villa, a children’s playground, and barbecue facilities. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and private beach access at the Shipyard Beach Club. This is a gated community. Only a short drive away enjoy Zipline Hilton Head, an adventurer’s attraction, island dining, shopping and sightseeing.

- Check-in location is not located at the resort. Use 35 DeAllyon Ave, Hilton Head, SC 29928 for check-in using a GPS. Please do not try to travel directly to the resort as a security gate pass is required and can only be retrieved at check-in location.
- Daily and/or midweek housekeeping services may be available for a fee.

- Southwind Villas have several stairs to entry. Resort villa are not wheelchair accessible, resort is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
