- Due to the Federal Endangered Species Act, starting May 1st of each year, blinds on the windows must be closed from sunset to sunrise to protect the nesting sea turtles. No lights are to be seen from the beach.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
