- Due to demand, an 8-WEEK OR 56-NIGHT LIMIT per calendar year applies by region: Berkshire Resorts D567,6057. The limit only applies to Extra Vacations, Last Calls, and Nightly Cash Vacations, including Guest Certificates. The limit applies regardless of the number of ownerships or memberships. VIOLATIONS WILL BE CANCELLED.
- Non-RCI Members or guests of non-RCI members: You or anyone in your party can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12-month period within the following group of Vacation Village Resorts: D567 Berkshire Mountain Lodge and 6057 VV In The Berkshires. Violations will be canceled. No Exceptions.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Owners at Vacation Village Resorts are required to have ALL Resort Fees current before being allowed to check in to resorts 0160, 1504, 6057, 7559, 6389, 6923, DJ37, DJ38, 4300, 4856, D567, 4025, 0851, 4940, 5773, DJ50, DD68, DJ36, 3654, and DL05.
