- Hotel Facade Renovation
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
- Mandatory Half Board (breakfast/lunch). Payment made within 7 days after confirmation receives a 15% discount. Payment by phone at (62) 4000-1300 (Capital/International) or 0800-940-7782. Payment can be made in up to 6 installments if there are more than 3 months before check-in, or up to 2 installments if less than 3 months. The water park fee is mandatory per person. Children up to 4 years old are free of charge.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Rio Quente property owners with a valid AVIVA contract are exempt from the fee. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, are subject to authorization by the resort, and incur an additional charge. Guest changes during the stay are not permitted.
- RCI members have access to exclusive areas of the Aviva Vacation Club, according to scheduling and rules. Please check at check-in. This does not include areas of In Casa Residence Club. Access includes the Praia do Cerrado and Hotibum areas. Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners: please check the price 15 days before check-in; payment at the hotel, subject to availability.
- Restaurant will be closed from January 22, 2026 to April 22, 2026.
- Rooms Under Renovation
- There will be construction noise and people working on the facade; dust and paint odors may be present. No hotel areas will be closed, and the common areas will remain in normal operation. Note: The construction dates may change at any time without prior notice.
