All Inclusive Information1
This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Mandatory All-Inclusive Program: Double/Triple (must pay for at least 2 adults) and requires a mandatory minimum stay of 3 nights!! The program includes all meals, drinks, and recreational activities. *Child pricing is for ages 5-12 and children 4 years and under are free (maximum 2 per unit). *Different rates may apply during the same week and therefore will be charged daily according to the dates of your stay. All-inclusive fees are paid directly to the resort unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change without notice, at the discretion of the resort. Fees may vary per night or week based on the season, such as high season and Holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including but not limited to the number of guests traveling and the age of guests. Please verify that the all-inclusive fee is correct on your reservation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change to traveler details may result in a difference in fee amount. All-inclusive fees are the responsibility of the guest to pay in the timeline designated by the confirmed resort, which may be before arrival or upon check-in. A USD 70.00 penalty per person per reservation will apply if changes or cancellations take place between Jan 3, 2024 and Dec 17, 2024 and between Jan 3, 2025 and Dec 19, 2025. A USD 100.00 penalty per person per reservation will apply if changes or cancellations take place between Dec 18, 2024 and Jan 2, 2025 and between Dec 20, 2025 and Jan 2, 2026. The following will apply for cancellations within 5 days before the reservation start date, no-show, and early check out: A 2-night penalty when traveling between Jan 3, 2024 thru Dec 17, 2024, and Jan 3, 2025 thru Dec 19, 2025. The entire pre-paid fee will be forfeited if travelling between Dec 18, 2024 thru Jan 2, 2025, and Dec 20, 2025 thru Jan 2, 2026.
