- *Close Date Confirmations made less than 2 days prior to arrival are not accepted.* To arrange transportation, contact Transportation@lhvcresorts.com with a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. The Dominican Republic experiences occasional power outages.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- It is mandatory to present an official ID with a photo upon check-in. The resort is not handicap-accessible.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation.
- Wi-Fi is available for a fee. Some on-site services are not included and have an extra cost, including the security box, spa, laundry, medical care, etc.
All Inclusive Information1
This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
The mandatory All-Inclusive program includes food, beverages, and non-motorized water activities. The All-Inclusive rate applies to additional guests staying in the same room, as well as child rates for ages 3 to 12. The resort requires a minimum occupancy of 4 adults per unit. A gala supplement will apply on December 24 and 31, which is already included in the All-Inclusive amount shown on the voucher. Rates are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of the resort. Rates may vary per night or week depending on the travel season, such as high season and holiday periods. All rates are based on the information provided at the time of booking, including, but not limited to, the number of guests traveling and their ages. Please verify that the All-Inclusive rate is correct on your confirmation. Any changes to traveler information may result in a rate difference, which will be the responsibility of the guest. All-Inclusive fees must be paid by the guest within the timeframe designated by the confirmed resort, which may be before or after arrival. Prepayment Promotion: Promotional rates apply only to members residing in the United States and Canada. Guest certificates are permitted provided that guests reside in the United States or Canada. To receive discounted promotional rates, members must stay a minimum of 7 nights and MUST prepay the fees at least 15 days prior to arrival by calling 844-224-7804. Service hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM CST. By completing the prepayment, as part of the promotion, guests will receive airport-to-resort transportation for up to 4 people (valid for reservations confirmed until June 30, 2026).
