- Charges will apply if the condo is left dirty or items are missing or broken.
- Condominium cleanings are on Saturdays between check-out and check-in, therefore there are no early check-ins.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Please email the resort a few weeks prior to your stay to complete required paperwork. manager@peacefulbayresort.com Items needed: confirmation paperwork, ID, credit card deposit, a cell phone so that you can receive a keyless entry door code via text, & a signed Boat Slip Agreement if needed (there is a fee for the boat slip). Resort land line phone is 406-709-2202. Office hours Tue-Sat 9a-5p.
- The parking space is two-cars deep, or it may accommodate a small boat trailer and truck. Off-site boat trailer parking is available for $20/day or $100/wk.
